The Fund’s investments may be made in a form of direct or indirect acquisition of equity interest in legal entities. The Fund is to invest in assets located in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Central Asia The Fund’s temporarily free cash may be invested in different financial instruments, which follow respective requirements of jurisdictions if and where applicable. The Fund may also invest in exploration of the mineral resources under the existing licenses or contracts of the third parties, via direct agreements with such third parties specifying the Fund’s rights for the ownership stake in the equity of third parties in case of successful outcomes of the joint exploration efforts
