of a number of operating companies at KAZATOMPROM, a global leading Uranium producer. He is a well-known expert in metals and mining industry with a wide knowledge of existing and prospective deposits in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
He has completed PhD and MBA programs at Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys (MISIS), and holds an MBA in International Management from Geneva Business School and BA in Law from Al-Farabi Kazakh National State University.
He is also a certified Level B IPMA Project Manager.
